Aren't they wild!  The women's hats indicate which village they are 
from.  All of the women in a particular village wear the same hat, 
sometimes with individual decorations, but the same basic hat - and 
very different for each village.  The men also have village costumes 
with hats but don't usually wear them except for festivals or church.
