It's produced by the combination of a light breeze and a very wide panorama stitch. The view is almost 180 degrees, and so when it was stitched in Photoshop I told it to do a cylindrical stitch to keep the horizon flat. However, that means that the straight lines in the foreground (like the waves on the river) get bent instead. However I do like the rippling effect that it produced, so all is well.
