Jayanand, one thing that I think would make a significant improvement in 
some of your bird photos is more eye contact.  For example, to me it looks 
like the Rufous Treepie is looking over and past the camera, and I'm wishing 
I could see more of the Shikra's face.  Otherwise quite well done.
