Light streaming in, but the rooms are huge... and the windows pretty small. I used the 21 ASPH Elmarit-M.... and at F2.8, color, ASA 400 ( film..... no M8 here), I needed 1/4 of a second. I took the shot ( if you don't, you KNOW it will not come out...). Negs await processing. But I sure would have liked to use the 21 ASPH F1.4......... That would have gotten me to 1/15 of a second..... a LOT easier to hand hold...... If I had been traveling with ASA800 film, I would have picked up 1 stop......but I wasn't...... No flash allowed, ditto the monopod/tripod thingie...... But for that once in a blue moon, I don't have an additional $5K for a lens......never mind the additional weight....... Put another one on my lust list...... Frank Filippone red735i@earthlink.net
