All the best to my LUG friends. On Solstice morning, I made my traditional

Sunbreak (basically a Challah recipe) and in a half awake stage (it was

4AM), I forgot that I normally make TWO loaves with the batter. Any case,

here I present you with the happiest loaf of Sunbread you have ever seen:

Well done mon ami, a fine loaf of bread indeed. :-) And you're forgiven for
not making two loaves simply because? Anyone who's up at 4 a.m. making bread
deserves a break on counting! :-)
