[Leica] IMG: Even in Dismal Weather, the Work Must Go On

We are in a much needed period of Winter rain, so no complaints.  However, 
for some folks, the weather just adds to the conditions that must be 
considered in each work assignment.  This crew from the local power company 
is adding a power pole, working with the lines "hot".

The bucket trucks were arranged for optimum work angles.
