Subject: [Leica] IMG: Washington Cascades fall colors

Took a little trip into the mountains today, in search of fall colors. We
ended up at about 3,000 feet, and had a nice day of it. M8, 50/2 DR
Summicron, 35/2 Summicron v. 4, and CV 28/3.5.

This is pretty nice, if I do say so myself. There's too much detail to show
properly on the screen, looks better printed.

Just for fun, here's the same place last July:

The vine maple is a tree that grows like a vine, and is one of the few
native trees that turn red around here:

These colors are more typical:

Playing with reflections here, natural versions of Debussy's "Sunken
Cathedral":

And of course I met some dogs. I always do. Their owner said: "They're
not dogs. They're aliens."

Enjoy, comments welcome.
