I have it on a laptop when I travel and it would lock up every time I
clicked on the develop tab. It wouldn't lock up, it would just hog the
CPU, go into a loop and never come back.

I uninstalled everything on the laptop that had to do with Java from
Sun and it started working again.

I didn't suspect Java, I was just cleaning up the laptop and taking
away things I wasn't using.

After that, it works like a charm again.
