Thanks Alan,
When the lottery jackpot comes our way we'll be having one of those in 
Henrietta Street, or nearby,  as a retirement cottage.

They do have one slight disadvantage though - Fortune's kipper smoking 
shed is just across the road, not a smell to be enjoyed 24/7 :-)
