39" - for a monitor - not even close.
I'm 6' 3" (or was once - maybe 6' 2 or 1" now)
Getting a screen to comfortable eye level
keyboard and mouse to 44 to 46"
required
that's the problem

doing dishes at the kitchen sink
for more than 10 or 12 minutes
guarantees a back ache.
