The M8 stack was performed early in the lunch, when there was both room on the table and steady hands. Some folks were a little concerned about an M8 falling into a pot of mussels or worse knocking over their beer. We were very lucky to have Helen there to photograph the stack. Some more views to be posted soon. Shortly afterwards they were all in constant use with lenses swapped about and hands waving. Periodically, everyone took a couple of lenses off the table, which may or may not have been the ones they started with. It was a fantastic gathering and I could wish to have spent the whole day each talking with each of the folks who came along. I was the master beer selector for John Amiet, Alastair and myself and it seemed to work out deliciously. However on the first image with the completely unnecessary display of German engineering, what the F is up with just a glass of water in the shot? Those mussels are awesome looking!
