[Leica] Sorry for the delay Frank (explanation) WAS Is Lightroom 2.0 Really Shipping?

I've read the comments from Tina, Jim Nichols, and Jim Nelon.  All 3 of you
have given me good feedback.  I appreciate that.

I use Elements 4.0 now.  I could update to 6.0 without a lot of hassle.  I
have considered that as a real possibility.  Intuitive?  Yes.

I think the fact that 4.0 does not offer compositing ( or is that
composting?  Or whatever you call taking 2 images and combining them)  is a
requirement I had left off my needs list, but something I find useful.

I did buy the LR2.0 book and find it quite useful to evaluate with the
downloaded evaluation copy of LR 2.0.  I have gotten a lot out of it.....
It looks useful to me.
Then I read that someone hates it, and I get cold feet in ordering a new
package to learn......

I am conflicted.... LR2, PS3 ( orwhatever is the latest and greatest... at
too much $$$$ for what I do), or Elements 6.0.

Gotta do more thinking......I am NOT going to get 47 SW packages to do
this..... 1 is all I will purchase.
