Eric - Lightroom is a database combined with photo editing.  It's a 
way to handle hundreds of photos and has saved me countless hours of 
work.  It just keeps getting better and better.  The last 3845 photos 
I edited, sorted, rated, renamed, developed (you can sync selections 
and save lots of work), and exported in less than a week.  I only 
have to use PSCS3 for spotting (still faster there than Lightroom) 
and File Info.

It's the best $99 (for the upgrade) that I ever spent.
