Doug,
The repair center that Daniel sent you is truly the best out there.  He
rebuilt my II and it runs perfectly, you can even wind it with your finger
at most speeds.  Be warned that the waiting list may be over one year to get
your camera repaired.  I made the decision to wait but that is a personal
decision.
