To do that click on the dropdown list labelled 'Base Profile' in the main window of the Profile Editor. By default this probably says 'None'. >From the drop down list select 'Custom'. This will open up finder and allow you to select the profile you've just downloaded. >From the File menu you should now see the Export option enabled. If you select Export it asks for confirmation that you want to export it - and you can rename it at this point if you wish. The profile will be available under camera calibration the next time you start Lightroom or ACR. Hope that helps.
