Steve you need to download the profile editor from Adobe...

Install it and download the profile I've given a link to.

You then need to open the profile in the profile editor. Then export it.
That will make it available to ACR 4.5 applications such as Lightroom 2 and
CS3.

To access the profile go to the camera calibration tab in ACR 4.5 (or
Lightroom 2) And you should see the profile in the drop down list of
profiles - the default will probably be ACR 4.4.
