I'm quite sure that if some one put a Leica IIIf with proper glass in
my hand - it would quickly move from "probably neat" to a "must have."

Luckily I'm not looking for any new love affairs.

I do have the back issue, the shoulder issue, and the knees issue.
I can't believe what I used to carry on my body, up and down stairs,
hills and dales.
Now, taking two or three cases of equipment up one flight of stairs
takes my knees from bearable to painful.

The recent video work has really put these physical aspects into
perspective. Lots more equipment necessary to accomplish semi-pro
video. And the production budgets have been too low to hire
assistants. Luckily, some of that work has been with "helpful,
understanding" people.

Fond regards,
George
