Tina,

Assuming you and your M8 survives your sojourn, it might be a good  
idea to send your camera back to Leica for servicing. M-8 sounds like  
it is sealed quite well since it has survived so far but I think you  
are pushing the design limit.

As for your mission trip, leeches, rain forest, 35C and 100% humidity?  
Would you be terribly offended if I said no to signing up? You make a  
terrible recruiter! :)
