They are not Hispanic, nor are they living in a Hispanic land. They are young ladies, teen-agers or girls. In your nation, when they are older, they might be called Sheila (I don't know if that is a derogatory or non-PC term, but if it is I apologize.) :-[ My daughters would feel uncomfortable if they were referred to as Senoritas. BTW, those are excellent photos. Just the right focal lengths for that 1.33 crop factor. I on the other hand, like your flat, neutral and non-environmental background.
