Subject: [Leica] IMG: what's wrong with this world

I send small packages frequently, but I have never encountered that.  I 
wonder what their criteria are for rejection?

I have seen notices that packages above a certain weight cannot be left in 
drop-off boxes, but must be presented for mailing at the local PO.
