18x13.5mm with a diagonal of 22.5mm is 4/3
18 * 13.5
= 243
Vs:
23.6x15.8mm, 
23.6 * 15.8
= 372.88
Aps-c
 
Or a 1.5 vs. a 2 X difference from full frame 24x36

Its a different format for sure.
A clear and present difference.
