Plenty of music, food and artists. When Kermit plays, he invites everyone on stage. www.zoeicaimages.com/FreretStFest2008 Lika Nikon D3 with new found 28-70/2.8 Nikkor (it's full frame again!) 800iso and 1000iso. Friday night after a wedding we had tornado and flood warnings in New Orleans. The Mississippi River is crescting at 17ft, the levee is 20ft with room for another 5ft. That's not saying much coming from New Orleans officials. I figured since it was bad weather outside, I'd walk to the River in a wind and rain to get some images at midnight. That is when the day begins. www.zoeicaimages.com/CrescentCity Like Nikon D3 with 28-70/2.8 Nikkor, 2500iso handheld, 20th/sec Both slideshows created with Beta LR 2. Damn it's fast! D3 images pop up real quick! I noticed some buttons and features had moved around compared to LR 1 but it was pretty easy to get used too. On the first image from the Freret Fest, I used the new "dodge and burn" tool to lighten up Kermit's face as the tent had poor lighting. I should go back and work on it some more. I also used it some what on the reflections in the water next to the boat. Chris NOLA _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
