Normally you will not have any exposure issues.  With some lenses at some
apertures you will encounter sub-optimal exposures.  The trick is to turn on
your histogram and check it frequently for the first few hundred exposures
to get a feel for how the combination is working for you.  For example, I
use a 85mm Helios lens on Canon's and wide open it overexposes by about one
stop, I don't have that issue with 50mm Nikkors or a 105 Nikkor.  So, you
probably will not have any problems but check to make sure: Murphy has a
habit of intruding when you need a particular image to come out perfect.
