Open directly in PSCS3 ACR (not via Lightroom) 2. Correct levels, convert to grayscale, and eliminate noise in ACR. 3. Open in PSCS3, use Unsharp Mask to crispin image. 4. Save, import to Lightroom, and Export to Web.
