Besides this is an exposure of experiment to illustrate a test shot of a lens, nothing else. Nothing wrong with this photo shot wide open if we're looking at how the lens cuts an image. If one wanted to get picky picky they could complain about the out of focus skull on the computer screen, as in I really don't like the "skull bokeh" nonsense certainly when looking at an image on a computer screen. Damn the main subject looks as it should, sharp where it was focused and with reasonable contrast wide open. Like what the hell does some soft effect of a "book?" with so many objects in the background have to do and make any difference if one is looking at the main subject, the sharpness of where the lens was focused! Bokeh be damned! This is merely a grab shot illustrating a lens used wide open, nothing more nothing less!
