Replace it with a Canon?  <G>

Seriously, wipe the outside as well as you can and then put it on a 
towel in the bright sunlight if you've got any OR put it on the 
middle rack of the oven turned to the lowest possible temperature, 
(turn regularly and baste at intervals until well done.  Do not 
remove foil or turkey will be dry.)
