Subject: [Leica] OT : lens mount question

I've been trying to get a telyt for some time and have regularly failed 
on the site.
So I went downtown today to a shop I know that sells used and reused 
gear - they had a powerful N... zoom in modified AI mount - I also have 
found an F to 4/3 adaptor on the site.
Do you think this could solve my problem? the zoom is dirt cheap, and so 
is the adaptor.
What do you think?
