Subject: [Leica] What to use for concert photography?

As I said: far too sensible ;-) Here in Australia, every time I've wanted to
rent something, I have to say it was never available, or the price was so
high, it did not make sense to rent: cheaper to buy used and sell again. It
would be great if there were rentals available.

Cheers

Oh man, I rent equipment all the time. Makes sense to pay $35 dollars for a
$1700 lens if you don''t use it often. (I did finally break down and buy
that 70-200.) I rent everything when I shoot video. If you think Leica's
are expensive, price some HD cams! Or even a good video tripod, that'll set
you back at least 5-6k.
