Well, I managed to uncompress the RAR files, but the problem is that 
the uncompressed files are in some format that requires very 
expensive software specifically for hospitals and doctors to read 
x-rays - so I copied everything on a CD and will take it to the 
doctor here - hoping he has the software!!
