I ordered a Rollei 3003 Magazine from them (as new, original box and
guarantee) - what arrived was an SL2000F mag with clear signs of use.
After a short chat with their boss on the phone they transferred the
difference between the prices advertised on the web to my account within
2 days.

Not sure whether this is positive, neutral or negative :-) but they
certainly do have a reputation here for being expensive, although the
above was quite resonably priced.

One of the best online dealers in Germany is Team Foto - fast, honest
and good prices, excellent customer service if any problems arise -
though their range is a little limited (they're quite new to the game)
