Hi Wayne,

Here are your answers (I submitted last year and this year, and I  
read Jim's instructions carefully...):

1) JPG at the highest quality setting (100% in Lightroom)
2) Color space needs to be sRGB
3) Resolution is an irrelevant parameter. Think in terms of pixel  
dimensions and see item 4.
4) No constraints of any kind. Just export the full size file as 100%  
JPG with sRGB as color space.
