Braeburn is my favorite although I like Fuji's also. We have been
eating a kind of pear, apple shaped with a rough bronze skin, they
taste like a combination of the best part of an apple and a pear.
Totally luscious.

I've never heard of a Honey Crisp though. East coast and don't travel
well, maybe?
