Hi Phong. Of course, much depends on what you like to shoot. With the M8, I
certainly would take the 21 as well. Since that is about
equivalent to the 28 on your camera, I think that is wide enough so you
won't miss much.
 With a film M , I used my 50 constantly, my 2.8 90 surprisingly often, and
the 28. I did travel with a second body (M3) with the
idea of both having a spare and maybe shooting BW separately. I decided that
two bodies was too much to carry every day and left the
M3 at my accommodation. In the end I never put film in the M3. Travelling
with your equipment, I'd make sure that I had the enough
spare batteries and memory cards and leave the second body in the hotel
safe.
Have fun and we will be looking to see lots of photographs when you return.

Cheers, Geoff

Hi Geoff,

Very nice photos, Geoff.
In fact it was your photos and Nathan's of various LUG gatherings, that
prompted my call to the LUG this time. I will bring along
my Leica M8 with a 28mm/f2 and 50mm/f1.4 lenses for sure.
I am debating whether to bring along a 21mm/f2.8 and a
90mm/f3.5 and an M6 TTL .58.

Best regards,

- Phong
