Exactly!

Photographic testing 101:

Did I achieve the intended result?

If yes. The image passes the "test."

If not. Why not?

Make another photograph to figure it out.

Testing continues forever.

I've been testing gear for 45 years (usually on assignment for a

client or myself).

The only technical tests that interest me:

Is the shutter firing; and at a speed appropriate to the subject?

Is the range finder/ground glass focusing accurately?

Is the monitor calibrated to the printer?

Is the film speed/developer combination working?

Is the flash firing and in synch?

The non technical testing - far more important:

      Do I like the print?

Does the client like the print?

Way to go George!!!!!!!! :-)

That's always the bottom line regardless of all the thingies! :-)

As long as the final photographic print and subject is a drop dead beautiful
frame that's all one need worry about! And of course the client pays your
fee! :-)
