Len,

I will have to check my copy.  Just do not remember seeing it.  I bought the 
55/3.5 Micro Nikkor with my Nikkormat Ftn new in 1969.  Still have the lens, 
but the Nikkormat is long gone.  I use the lens with the D200, along with my 
180/2.8 Nikkor.
