Superbly composed and exposed documentary work.
Also important historical document of our crude treatment of those we  
didn't and probably still don't understand.
The emptiness of this facility reinforces the fact that we now allow  
these poor folks to roam the streets and/or incarcerate them in  
prisons continues our sorry treatment history.
Should be exhibited along with images of the facilities that serve  
the mentally ill who have the funds to purchase proper care.
