I have to tell everyone that I met up with the very famous (in eastern NC)
Ric Carter for a nice mornin' of photographin', talkin', checkin' out the
river, and commiserating about all things Leica.  We lusted after one
another's lenses and spent the morning snapping the shutter, snapping
mosquitoes, and snapping horseflies!  All in all.it was a great time!  I
heartily recommend spending a day with Ric in Goose Creek State Park on the
Pamlico River near Washington, NC US of A.  He's a real honest to goodness
local and can tell you all about the area and the folks he has met and
photographed.

 

Thanks for a great time, Ric!  I'm sure we'll have pics later!
