But it retains plenty of local charm, and there are enough of hiking trails and sites outside of the main part of town to make for an enjoyable one or two day stay. And the drive out there is a blast! The exception is when they hold their annual apple festival in early October. Then the crowds do seem to rival Disneyland ;-) Thanks for looking.
