I love manual focus on the M and the R whether digital or film.
I consider the viewfinder, whether RF or ground glass, the second
most important feature on a camera - just after the lens.
I have a Canon 20D and 5D with 3 AF lenses. They simply do not get
used unless a) I'm "snap shooting" or b) doing very specific sorts of
sports photography (a rare occurrence for me).

The last thing I need is a light to watch instead of the image
forming on the ground glass or the RF locking onto an eye lash.
