Thank you so much for your kind words.  Between my wife and daughter,  one 
of 
the few certainties in my life is that I?ve been twice blessed.
 
Oh, and about that raise.  Last month, this showed up in my  driveway.  
Further proof that I made the right decision 29 years ago.
