As bleak as this looks, I didn't know there was that much going on in 
Silverton (I was raised in Floydada - 30 miles south of this shot and just 
the next town over).

I love the lack of clutter.  Reminds me of Hud, which I know was filmed over 
in Claude, not in Silverton.
This shot has got that same starkness to it though.

Great shot.
