Hi all,

I am a freshman on the list, but I see a potential danger with the above 
suggestion; cooptation in this case might result in a loop in the 
judges' "turnover" for lack of renewal in the approach - mind you I'm 
not referring at all to bias, simply to tastes and colours (when any).

What I mean is a nice balance of winners and "old style" judges which 
would certainly  bring much more than just passing the red hot potato 
along. Maybe it is too difficult to organise, maybe current judges are 
simply tired of assessing our photos. BTW Thank you all for the job

This was just a thought and I am very thankful to Brian for organising 
and dedicating time for us all to play. I would no way take things 
seriously, and I will accept any form of jury, but for lottery ;-)

I fully agree that a special thread should be opened everytime someone 
enters a photo in the contest; but it should also remain anonymous of 
course.
