Sorry to have bother you, Marc. Thanks for the effort to help. I'll  
try to be a more precise querent in the future.

My initial question explicitly referred to M cameras. More precisely  
-- M4, M6, M7 -- if that helps.

about 30 pounds will take care of most of us most of the time, though  
more precision would, of course, be preferable.
