I've been fired or laid off by the boss, I've been the boss and had to do the deed to others, I've been a recruiter and I've been recruited and I've been in business for my self, twice. Oh, and I've worked for three corporations that went upside-down (incuding Enron - yes, THAT Enron...). I"m still standing and many of the companies I worked for are not - generally because of corporate Greed and Arrogance - whichever came first. Somehow I'm richer, though there are days I wonder about that. My point here is that the companies and the jobs fade as I age and grow, and the real world (life, health, family, friends, art, music, photography, nature, etc.) grows larger each year. I congratulate you on passing a major test of fire, and offer you my very best wishes and support on your new posting. Take some deep breaths (don't forget to exhale) and enjoy this new day. It is yours. Best Regards, Bob On Apr 19, 2007, at 9:19, Jayanand Govindaraj wrote: Ken, Good for you.
