Here it is the Ides of April (the official midpoint on the Solms calendar) 
and there are already 19 entries in this month's photo contest.

I've entered photos in a couple of the monthly contests. I never win 
anything -- can't compete with the big leagues -- but it doesn't stop me 
from trying.
