Subject: [Leica] Portrait monitor advice

I'm looking  for a low end portrait capable monitor.
As some of you know, research libraries are shutting off access to  
their shelf. The only access is by monitor for much of the older  
material.
As these are poor quality human made scans for the moment, I won't  
need anything approaching medial or research grade monitors. I just  
need one that can flip to a vertical position.
