[Leica] Heliopan (was IR Cutoff Filters)

Does anyone on the list know where to buy online Heliopan IR-cut  
filters, other than B&H, Tamarkin, Adorama? I need an online source  
for a 46mm and a 55mm willing to accept Paypal payments and to ship  
down to Argentina.
