I was always kind of wondering (but okay, not enough to try to find appropriate archives and research it) -- because before I temporarily unsubscribed for some reason (vacation, email provider transition, something) Alf was there in force, and I kind of enjoyed his odd wine-connoisseur's descriptions of various lenses. When I got back, he'd been ridden out of town on a rail, and I never quite got the backstory. > I was initially torqued about Mr Freak because I don't normally permit > anonymous LUG members (probably 120 foot-pounds) That's pretty torqued. If I torqued my lugbolts that much it'd be bad for the wheels or rotors. (Of course, if that value were in newton-meters, as it happens it'd be just right for my wheels.)
