Don,

I have a summitar,a summirit, an elmar, and a rigid chrome summicron all
50's and a 90 and 135 elmar. They are all good as you say. I want to try
a modern CV lens to see how they stand up to my current Nikons. Quite
frankly I can't afford the modern Leica lens prices. A Voigtlander lens
is not as well made as a Leica. The resolution and contrast are also
below Leica in most cases. For the price they appear to be the best
buy in a modern lens with the Leica mount.
