Frank, I don't know which models you have, of course. In the current range, 
all of the ones that I have looked at have movable
dividers, which is an attractive feature for me. Quite a few configuration 
options, especially in the larger models.

I have a couple of Crumpler bags but the internal padding - between  
compartments - is so thick it is hard to force lenses into them and  
very difficult to get them out afterwards. Love the styling and funky  
website - not sure about the design.
